Acceptance of Terms
By using Chatting Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service Description
Chatting Nexus helps students discover mentors, view mentor profiles, manage coffee chat schedules, and open booking or meeting links for career conversations.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use the platform respectfully. Users may not misuse the service, impersonate others, upload harmful content, or interfere with platform operation.
Conversation Commitment
Before using Chatting Nexus features, users must agree to be punctual, prepare before each Coffee Chat, and respect conversation partners. Users who do not complete this commitment may be restricted from accessing platform features.
Ratings and Account Quality Rules
After chatting sessions, users may be asked to submit ratings. A weekly average below 3.0 is evaluated only after at least 3 reviews; a monthly average is evaluated only after at least 5 reviews. Warnings may lead to temporary restrictions. Ratings alone do not automatically create a permanent block.
Moderation and Appeals
Users may request human review of an account restriction from Conversation History. Permanent blocks require manual review and are reserved for serious or repeated violations. Chatting Nexus may hide restricted users from discovery and matching while a restriction is active.
Mentor Profiles and Booking Links
Mentors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and booking links. Chatting Nexus does not guarantee mentor availability, conversation outcomes, or third-party booking services.
Google Services
Some features may use Google sign-in or Google Calendar authorization. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
Changes to the Service
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms when the service changes.

Chatting Nexus is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Career advice and mentor conversations are informational and do not guarantee academic, employment, immigration, financial, or professional outcomes.
